With nine seconds remaining in the game and the Steelers trailing the Panthers 14-10, rookie quarterback Joshua Dobbs orchestrated a Pittsburgh drive down to the Carolina one-yard line. The Steelers lined up following a 34-yard connection with wide receiver Marcus Tucker, who went out of bounds to stop the clock.
Dobbs moved under center, as the offensive players sprawled out for a pass, sucking the Carolina defense away from the line of scrimmage and allowing a scrambling quarterback to do what he does best…
