Second Round
A pair of modern classics faces off today as the Saints and Dolphins do battle for uniform supremacy.
The Dolphins enter round two with a win over the Chiefs, while the Saints cruised past the New York Jets for their victory.
Here’s how the two teams look:
(6) New Orleans Saints
The New Orleans Saints have held tight to their black and gold roots for years, and as such, their jersey is one of the better recognized in the league. Unlike other teams in the league, they have retained the block number design on their jerseys. Their helmets also stick with tradition.
(22) Miami Dolphins
Miami’s uniforms underwent a modernization a couple of seasons ago, giving the traditional dolphin logo a facelift and adding more orange accents to each of the uniform elements. It still has an old-school feel with a modern approach.
