#NotMyCoach – Fans across the league meltdown over coaches
We’ve gotten to the point where people all over social media are calling for Mike Tomlin, Todd Haley, and about every member of the Steelers coaching staff to be fired. Even the medical staff, water boys, and beer vendors are on thin ice right now.
If fans had a say, there would be an extremely high turnover rate for NFL coaches. Anytime a team loses a game, change must happen. Circumstances, injuries, and quality of opponent be damned.
Steeler fans aren’t alone though. They’re not the only fanbase to get upset when their favorite team loses and demand change.
So lets look at how some fans of other teams reacted this week when their team lost…
Cincinnati Bengals
What Marvin Lewis did for Cincinnati is admirable, but it's time. He's got to go.

Cleveland Browns
Why does Hue Jackson still have a job? He's clearly trying to tank at this point by taking Cody Kessler out for no reason.

Among other things, I'd fire Mike McCarthy for exposing his franchise QB this long in a blowout.

Jacksonville Jaguars
It's time to get rid of Gus Bradley. #Jaguars See what you have in Doug Marrone and then move on next year. It's time.

See Steeler fans, you’re not alone. There are a lot of fans out there calling for their coaching staffs to be replaced. However, part of being a winning franchise is not overreacting; it’s sticking with your guys.
It’s no coincidence that the most successful franchises tend to not go through many coaching changes. Regardless, fans above are calling for the heads of successful coaches such as Green Bay’s Mike McCarthy, New Orleans Sean Peyton, Carolina’s Ron Rivera, and old Pittsburgh favorite Bruce Arians.
The common link among those coaches? Winning.
McCarthy and Peyton have lead their franchises to Super Bowl wins, while Rivera had the Panthers in the big game last year, and Arians placed the Cardinals one win away from making it.
Regardless,
So keep your chin up everybody, everything will be okay.
